A summer flow special Hatha Yoga retreat. Summer is the time for expansion and movement. At this time of the year, all our energy is concentrated to gather all our strength and inner-force to support us reveal our authentic soul. We will dedicate our practices to keep our energy focused and enable us to feel more mind-body balance, inner-peace, stillness, clarity and ease.

 

This 6 days retreat will help you to slow down thoughts and worries, reduce anxiety, and contribute to build up joy and presence. By means of simple breathing techniques (pranayama), Asana practice, deep relaxation sessions (Yoga Nidra) and guided meditation you will be able to learn to release tensions and impurities from the body and the mind and gain inner-strength and energy.

 

All levels are welcome, both beginners as well as advanced practitioners.  During the practices there will be different variations according to your level. Two teachers will be hosting the practices, one leading and one helping with  adjustments.

The Location

Hosted in Los Dragos House, in Playa Migjorn. A cozy Formentera style house with its own garden, a relaxing terrace and surrounded by a peaceful environment, at just 5 minutes walking distance to the sea.

Day 1 – 2nd June

Arrival during the morning

17:30 – 19:30 h.  Yoga practice.

20:30 h. Dinner

Day 2 to 5 – 3rd to 6th June

08:30 – 11:00 h. Yoga practice, Pranayama, relaxation and meditation

12:00 h. Vegetarian Lunch buffet

18:00 – 20:00 h. Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and meditation*

20:30 h. Vegetarian Dinner

*On the 6th of June

19:30 – 21:30  Sunset Mediation on the Beach (Dinner outside the House)

 Day 6  – 7th June

08:30 – 11:30 h. Yoga practice, Pranayama, relaxation and meditation

12:00 h. Vegetarian Lunch buffet
