Yoga in Formentera offers online group and individual yoga, meditation, and/or breathing (pranayama) courses and practice hours tailored to your organizational needs and schedules. The intensity of the practice is moderated to suit the practitioner’s needs. Language of instruction can be English, Spanish (also Catalan) and Greek.
We offer live streaming sessions either with a limited number of participants or for single individuals, at your convenience.
45 or 60 minutes once weekly. Customized duration and schedules: ie. morning, lunchtime or end of the day practice hours.
30 or 45 minutes. Customized duration and scheduling (daily, weekly, etc.) tailored to your needs and expectations: i.e short meditations in the early morning, during lunch breaks or at the end of the working day.
